SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

Shipping is $10 on all orders under $50 continental United States. There is a $10 shipping fee on sale shoes. Please allow approximately 2-4 business days for your order to process. Your merchandise will arrive to you in 4-10 business days, depending on location.

Please note that there will be extra delivery fees for orders that must be reshipped, intercepted, or have address updates if the order has already been shipped to its original shipping destination. Customers will be notified of the cost before they are charged.

Orders will be processed on the following business days Monday - Friday. No Saturday deliveries. On international orders there may be additional custom fees when picking up orders, which the customer will be reliable to pay, NOT J. Cole Shoes.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Depending on country, shipping fees vary. Our shipping fee ONLY covers shipping, we are not responsible for any additional custom charges.  We have ended all international shipping as of Nov. 2023.

P.O. Boxes
J.Cole Shoes cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes. When checking out, please provide a resident or business address so we can be sure your package arrives safely.

Processing 
Orders processed after 3pm Monday through Friday will be issued a FedEx/USPS/UPS tracking number. This number may not be activated by FedEx/USPS/UPS until the following business day. If you track your package and receive no information, please wait one day before tracking again.
